In accordance with the Local Government Transparency Code, Silloth-on-Solway Town Council is committed to making its decision-making process open and accessible.

Draft Minutes: We aim to publish draft minutes of all Council and Committee meetings within 14 days of the meeting taking place.

Status: Please note that these are unconfirmed drafts and have not yet been formally approved. They may be subject to correction or amendment at the next meeting.

Final Minutes: Once the minutes are formally approved and signed by the Chair at the subsequent meeting, the final version will be uploaded to replace the draft.
Hard copies remain available for inspection at the Council Office by appointment under the Local Government Act 1972.
